2. Make UMAP file 3 column. Barcode,x,y

3. Make Cluster files, leiden clustering for all resolutions fro SCbestpractices.

4. Make feature selection list for both Nodule_1 and Nodule_2.

5. Do integration with Seurat now that you are using the correct data.
